1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Elentren (elentren.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What Elentren Is
Elentren is a Christian economic network that connects businesses, churches, jobs, and community listings. The platform also offers an AI assistant ("Elex"), advertising tools, subscriptions, blog content, an intelligence feed, growth coaching, and a public API. We provide a platform for discovery, connection, and promotion — we are not a party to any transaction, employment relationship, or agreement between users.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating listings, business or church profiles, blog posts, or API keys. Enterprise API users may be invited into shared organizations; org admins are responsible for managing members and keys within their organization.
4. User Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you post, including business/church profiles, listings, job posts, blog posts, endorsements, messages, and ad creative. You agree not to post false, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content. Endorsements must reflect a genuine, good-faith experience with the entity being endorsed.
5. Advertising, Subscriptions & Payments
Paid features include advertising placements, subscriptions for the API and Ask Elex AI assistant, and ad syndication. All purchases are processed through Paisley Payments. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled; you can manage or cancel active subscriptions from your account. Ad creative must comply with Elentren's Advertising Content Standards and is subject to moderation before and after it goes live. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per the terms shown at checkout.
6. Elex AI & Intelligence Features
Elex is an AI assistant that may generate advice, summaries, and recommendations based on your profile, conversations, and platform data. AI output is informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate — you are responsible for any decision you make based on it. Elex may store memories from your conversations to personalize future responses; you can view and manage these from your account.
7. API, Directory Sync & Webhooks
Developers may use the public API and webhooks subject to applicable rate limits and plan limits. API keys are credentials — keep them secret; you are responsible for all use of your keys. Directory Sync and webhooks may transmit your data to third-party systems you have authorized; you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data. Enterprise API organizations allow shared key use among active members.
8. Third-Party OAuth Apps
If you authorize a third-party application to connect to your Elentren account via OAuth, you grant it the permissions you approve at connection time. You can revoke access at any time from your account. Elentren is not responsible for the actions of third-party applications you authorize.
9. Trust Scores & Verification
Trust scores, verification badges, and endorsements displayed on Elentren are informational signals based on user-submitted and platform-verified data. They are not a guarantee of quality, reliability, or fitness for any purpose, and Elentren does not warrant the accuracy of any trust signal.
10. Reporting & Moderation
Users may report content that violates these Terms. Elentren reserves the right to review, remove, or deactivate any listing, profile, ad, blog post, or account at its discretion, including for repeated policy violations or Advertising Content Standards violations.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Elentren is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any dealings, transactions, or disputes between users arising from use of the platform, nor for any decisions made in reliance on Elex AI output, trust signals, or intelligence features.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Elentren after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
